I am Gregory Byrne. Here's some essentials to know about me.
- I am on the high functioning end of the autism spectrum. That doesn't define me but it's important.
- My economic politics are self described as center-left, I have nothing against capitalism, as long as it is properly monitored.
- Social politics, on the other hand, far left. Things out of the control of people shouldn't be used as reasons to deny them rights.
- I think that humanity's greatest achievement is the Apollo moon landing. We put a man where we once thought that only gods belonged. More remarkably, we got them back alive. It was a feat so amazing, that some still don't believe we actually did it.
- My personal philosophy is self described as existentialist, everything is open to interpretation. I would use the term objectivism, just because I think that "objective" would be more descriptive, but objectivism refers to something else entirely, something that I find abhorrent. Not objectivity, just Miss Rand's philosophy called "objectivism".
- My religious views are self described as Gnostic. If there is God watching, then he's probably just watching.
- Perhaps most importantly, I am a vehement enemy of censorship, doublethink, willful ignorance, or anything like that. This quote sums it up well:
